About the Project

NextGEN seeks to cultivate a thorough understanding of pressing social and environmental concerns among children from underserved communities by focusing on the need of the hour - green entrepreneurship. This we aim to fulfill by working with NGOs, educational institutions, and community groups to not only encourage children to develop greener practices, both inside and outside the classroom but also allow them the opportunity to grasp the concept of green entrepreneurship and why it is so crucial in today's day and age. The intersection between the environment, education, and entrepreneurship is indisputable and it is crucial that we use this intersection to drive change and develop new practices.

Through a structured curriculum, activity book and an online fundraiser, NextGEN aims to equip children from underserved communities with relevant knowledge and entrepreneurial skills and encourage them to create contextualized solutions to immediate environmental and social problems. The ultimate goal of NextGEN is to contribute significantly towards the creation of a generation that is cognizant of environmental and social issues and can effectively come up with entrepreneurial solutions for the same.
