About the Founders

Arya and Shaurya Jain

Arya Jain is a student at Step by Step School, New Delhi. He is very driven about creating a more sustainable world through grassroots changes. Besides being a talented athlete and actor, Arya is one of the founding members as well as the web designer of a student-led social initiative called ‘CovAID’ that empowered and aided Covid-relief efforts in New Delhi in collaboration with EmoAid, the preventive mental health wing of the Centre for Child and Adolescent Wellbeing (CCAW).

Twin to Arya, Shaurya Jain is also a student at Step by Step School, New Delhi. He is equally driven about creating a more sustainable world through grassroots changes. He served as one of the founding members as well as Director of Communications for CovAID, along with Arya to provide relief to thousands affected by Covid-19 in the New Delhi region. Shaurya enjoys acting as well and is a talented athlete having dabbled in football and cricket.

The Jain twins are ardent business enthusiasts and their passion for entrepreneurship led them to conceptualize and develop NextGEN. Through this initiative, they hope to reach out to children from vulnerable communities and educate them about the importance of addressing environmental concerns through driven and innovative entrepreneurial solutions.
